um, this book is really full of itself, and way too caught up in who
fucked whom and in anything bordering on bi female on female love. still,
fun.
a life - italo svevo
i bought this because i thought it was an autobiography. turns out it's
a novel, and a really depressing novel at that. right up there with
svevo's amazing "as a man grows older" for pathos, but also charmingly
awkward at times.
valentine's day brought a coffret from la maison du chocolate to our
table and there are still a few left. amazingly present natural flavors.
lots of citrus. my staple these days: dark chocolate m&m's.
saw her the other year in picadilly and she was extra fancy.
i thought i'd seen some clever eyebrows before, but what faces she
came up with. with all her technique, she still came off as more
natural than her co-stars.
